Fashion & jewelry can mix
Coronet Diamonds is a jewelry company that wanted to make diamonds fashionable for a younger audience. Its advantages were that it could reduce the cost of the jewelry and offered great retail locations. The problem we had to solve was educating the consumer about what seperated them from others. Another goal was to push the brand to consumers to ultimately create a demand and open new retail locations.
We connected all of the channels together by brainstorming a new look of the brand. We also took the opportunity to create and manage accounts on new upcoming social fashion websites. Sites like Polyvore and Fancy brought an average of 10 users with lower than 20% bounce rate and front page features. Instead of just educating the consumers, we created in-store promotions.
